Zoom Bangladesh is committed to promoting gender equality, equity, and inclusion in all its programs, operations, and workplace practices. The organization ensures a safe, respectful, and non-discriminatory environment for all individuals regardless of gender.

Prevent gender-based discrimination, harassment, and violence

6. Gender-Sensitive Programming

Programs will consider the different needs of boys, girls, and marginalized genders

Zero tolerance for sexual harassment, exploitation, or gender-based violence
