Zoom Bangladesh is committed to promoting gender equality, equity, and inclusion in all its programs, operations, and workplace practices. The organization ensures a safe, respectful, and non-discriminatory environment for all individuals regardless of gender.

This policy aims to:

Zoom Bangladesh will:

6. Gender-Sensitive Programming
