1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services, programs, and engagement with Zoom Bangladesh. By participating in or interacting with the organization, all individuals agree to comply with these terms.

2. Scope of Application

These terms apply to:

Employees and staff
Volunteers and interns
Donors and sponsors
Beneficiaries and program participants
Partners and stakeholders

3. Organizational Use & Participation

All participants must follow the rules, policies, and guidelines of Zoom Bangladesh.
Participation in programs must be conducted with honesty, respect, and integrity.
The organization reserves the right to accept or decline participation where necessary.

4. Code of Conduct

All individuals must:

Maintain respectful and professional behavior
Avoid discrimination, harassment, or abusive conduct
Protect the dignity and rights of children and vulnerable groups
Follow organizational policies, including Child Protection and Gender Policy

5. Volunteer & Staff Responsibilities

Perform assigned duties responsibly and ethically
Maintain confidentiality of organizational and beneficiary information
Use organizational resources appropriately
Avoid conflicts of interest

6. Donations & Sponsorship

All donations must be made through approved channels
Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Funds will be used for organizational purposes in line with donor intent
Zoom Bangladesh ensures transparency in the use of funds

7. Child Protection & Safeguarding

All individuals must comply with the Child Protection Policy
Any form of abuse, exploitation, or misconduct is strictly prohibited
Violations will result in disciplinary or legal action

8. Use of Information & Media

Personal data and images of beneficiaries will be used only with proper consent
Organizational materials, logos, and content cannot be used without permission
Unauthorized sharing of sensitive information is prohibited

9. Health, Safety & Security

All participants must follow safety guidelines during activities and events
Zoom Bangladesh is not liable for risks arising from non-compliance with instructions
Emergency protocols must be followed when required

10. Financial Integrity

All financial dealings must follow the Financial Policy of the organization
Misuse of funds or resources will result in strict action

11. Termination of Engagement

Zoom Bangladesh reserves the right to suspend or terminate involvement if:

Terms and policies are violated
Misconduct or unethical behavior is observed
Actions harm the reputation or operations of the organization

12. Limitation of Liability

Zoom Bangladesh will not be held liable for:

Personal losses or damages beyond its control
Actions taken by individuals outside official duties

13. Amendments

Zoom Bangladesh reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be communicated appropriately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

15. Acceptance

By engaging with Zoom Bangladesh, all individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
